Ordering Process

1. Select your desired product and, if applicable, choose the appropriate size.
2. Click “Add to Basket” to review your selections.
3. Choose your preferred shipping option.
4. Proceed to “Checkout” and enter your billing and delivery information.
5. Accept these Terms and Conditions by checking the appropriate box.
6. Complete your payment using the available methods.

Note: Greenlight Medicare Ltd does not store any payment card details.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT and standard UK shipping. Additional charges for premium delivery services will be indicated at checkout. Prices may be adjusted without notice; however, the price charged will be that in effect at the time of your order.

Payment

We accept payments via major credit/debit cards and PayPal. Transactions are securely processed, and Greenlight Medicare Ltd does not retain payment information.

Delivery

• Dispatch: Orders received before 14:00 are dispatched the same working day. Weekend/holiday orders are processed the next working day.
• Standard UK Delivery: Free of charge, estimated delivery within 3-5 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
• Expedited Delivery: Available at additional costs, with estimated times displayed at checkout.

All deliveries include tracking, provided in your order confirmation.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase if items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

1. Email office@greenlightmedicare.co.uk with your order details and reason for return.
2. Follow provided return instructions.
3. Securely package the item and retain proof of postage.

Refunds: Processed within 10-14 working days upon receipt of returned items.

Exchanges: Specify the replacement item. Price differences will be refunded or require additional payment.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Report issues within 48 hours to office@greenlightmedicare.co.uk. We may request photos for assessment and will offer a replacement or refund accordingly.

Cancellation Rights

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. If already dispatched, follow our returns procedure.

Liability

We ensure high product quality. In the rare event of faults, our liability is limited to the purchase price. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England, with any disputes subject to English court jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Greenlight Medicare Ltd.
